I'm so pleased with the attention being paid to this part of the city. I wonder whether the proposed streetcar alignments will be revisited if all this redevelopment takes place: It may make more sense for a streetcar to somehow make its way up 10th, instead of up 7th as is planned now. This would also serve more of the proposed waterfront development sites. the circulator could still serve 7th street proper, and once it hits the mall the streetcar line could jog back over to 7th or something. For the 10th Ave. corridor in particular, would love to see a bunch of restaurants and the like, not just office space and museum after museum: We residents need an active streetscape 7 days a week. But it sounds like your focus on pedestrian accessibility is exactly what we need. Thanks!
